Bombers Alley

This Par 5 offers moderate distance and few real opportunities for trouble, so this is the place to really test your stuff.

The tee shot is made down through a tree-lined alley, which starts to taper exactly where a fairway bunker is ideally positioned to cause trouble. The best place to be is dead centre or slightly to the right.

The second shot is where you can really let it rip, as a good long fairway wood will put you in great scoring position for yuor third shot. the natural inclination will be to play left, to avoid bringing the right bunker into play, but there is plenty of room behind it, so be confident and attack coming straight in.

The green is fairly deep and slopes back to front, with forgiving surrounds, so don't be shy and try to go low on this hole.
